Frankfurt-based property consultancy Arthur Rubinstein Immobilienberatung has joined GVA Worldwide - the global real estate partnership - as its representative in Germany.
Arthur Rubinstein, who formed his own property consultancy in 1993, was previously a member of Studley St Quintin International for two years. Prior to this, he was managing director of DTZ Zadelhoff Deutschland GmbH, where he worked for six years.
Today, his company is one of Germany's leading independent full service consultancies, specialising in agency, investment, corporate real estate and property management. His biggest clients tend to be the institutions, including many of the German open-ended and closed funds.
Born in Frankfurt, Arthur has a real 'insider's' view of the market. Within GVA Worldwide, he will trade as GVA Arthur Rubinstein, using the GVA brand to broaden his service geographically while retaining his stance as an independent specialist. Having been educated in both England and the US, Arthur speaks fluent English, as well as French and Spanish.
Arthur says of his move: "I welcomed the opportunity to join GVA Worldwide as it presented the perfect opportunity to strengthen our position in the German market through a global alliance, while maintaining our discretion and professionalism as an independent business."
Michael Corbett, chairman of GVA Worldwide and chief executive of GVA Grimley in the UK, adds: "Arthur has a first class reputation in the German market as one of the most knowledgeable agents in Frankfurt and has excellent contacts in the local business community. We believe he will be an asset to our organisation."
