Trade counter specialist Wolseley Centers Ltd is to become the first tenant to occupy the former Fastrack Parcel Building at Trafford Park, following a full refurbishment. International property advisers GVA Grimley secured the 10-year lease of 770 sq m (8,282 sq ft) for Wolseley Centers.

The building, on Harp Road, was recently acquired by Davis Russell Property Holdings (DRPH) and contains a further 8,282 sq. ft, available on flexible terms. GVA Grimley has been retained to dispose of the remainder, which is expected to create high demand.

Jonathan Atherton, associate in the industrial agency at GVA Grimley, comments: "The Harp Road area of Trafford Park is becoming increasingly popular with trade counter occupiers. Its excellent location and reputation continues to provide a significant attraction to this sector."
