GVA Grimley Research is recognised as one of the UK’s leading property research teams, providing consultancy advice to clients across a broad range of sectors, as well as offering a variety of support services to the rest of the firm.

The Research department has various roles which include providing consultancy advice and undertaking major research projects for both private and public sector clients. Our work covers all sectors and includes property market analysis and forecasts, sustainability research, educational strategy analysis, and employment and transport studies.

We also publish regular property market bulletins, at regional, national and international levels, together with reports on key topical issues to keep our clients and colleagues well informed on the current climate and forecasts for the future.

Another important role for the department is acting as an information support service to the rest of the firm and providing economic, demographic and property market data, which also underpins our consultancy work and research bulletins.
