GVA Grimley Complete Lease Deal At St John’s Road, Edinburgh

GVA Grimley Ltd has completed a new lease arrangement at 24 St John’s Road, Edinburgh to National Grid Property Holdings Limited.
The deal, which completed on 13th November, sees National Grid Property Holdings Ltd take a total of 4,839 sq ft, including 10 car parking spaces, on a 10 year lease deal with a tenants only break options at year 5. Rental was set at a value of £67, 746 p.a.
Commenting on the deal, Simon Capaldi, Associate at GVA Grimley said:
National Property Grid Holdings Limited was represented by James Barr, while GVA Grimley acted on behalf of the private landlord.
