On behalf of Ignis Asset Management, GVA Grimley jointly with Winton Faith have successfully competed the sale of the 5th floor of 137 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow to EVH Limited who were represented by Phil Reid Associates.

137 Sauchiehall Street has been extensively redeveloped by Ignis Asset Management. The 5th floor office suite extends to 3,224 sq ft. 

Alastair Cumming of GVA Grimley commented: "We are delighted to have concluded the sale of the 5th floor. The extensive redevelopment at 137 Sauchiehall Street by Ignis Asset Management has been completed to a very high standard and this is endorsed by the sale which completed despite challenging market conditions".

Only two floors now remain. These provide high quality office accommodation ranging from 972 sq ft to 3,022 sq ft
