The Retail Operations Director at each Centre is responsible for delivering the full range of operational services:
- Maximisation of retail sales values and density.
- Retail staff employment strategy and local Job Fairs to provide labour pool.
- Constant Tenant liaison within every Centre.
- Promotions and Events: retail sales optimisation.
- Staff and store incentives to maximise performance.
- Tenant and client communications.
- Retail business review process.
- Retail standards analysis and ‘Mystery Shopping’.
- Regular Principals’ meetings on-site.
