Operational Set-Up

The ‘Outlet orientation’ starts during the design and build phases, through Project Management advice. The Retail Operational ‘Set-Up’ commences as Tenant leases are signed, with Manual-based procedures. The on-site Centre Management team is structured to deliver the key services in support of Tenants, controlled by the Retail Operations Director.

The on-site team is supported directly by the UK-based Operational Support team, providing specialist service input. The Operational Support team has the same key focus as the local team on-site:
