Occupiers

For occupiers, property issues come second to business issues so the key to the provision of a multi-lateral property service is understanding the client’s business - its drivers, constraints and aspirations.

In this respect, we seek to establish a close working relationship with our clients, via a Client Manager and contract portfolio manager, whose roles are to work with the client, managing the contract and ensuring the delivery of the right service, on time and with no surprises.

Our occupier consultancy team provides a flexible, intelligent and tailored resource for businesses. By looking beyond the property issues they deliver solutions to issues that add value to the clients business in the increasingly competitive marketplace.
